Shipping

All of our products ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.

For products currently in stock, orders placed before 11:30 AM Pacific Time are normally shipped the same day (U.S. public holidays and weekends excluded). For products currently out of stock, please refer to the "Ships By" date listed on the product's webpage and in your order confirmation email.

U.S. Shipping: For our U.S. customers, the following shipping service levels are available:

  • Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day)
  • Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days)
  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

International Shipping: For our international customers, the following shipping service levels are available:

  • International Express Shipping (arrives in 3-5 Business Days)
  • International Priority Shipping (arrives in 6-10 Business Days)
  • International Standard Shipping (arrives in 10-25 Business Days)

International Customers — please also note:

  • Actual shipping times may vary depending on your country's custom clearance procedures.
  • Your country may charge you customs import duty and clearance fees.

Returns and Exchanges

If you encounter an issue with your product and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us via our Contact Page or email us directly at support@freedomcase.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a description of the issue you encountered along with your original order number.

All returns and exchanges must be first authorized by the FreedomCase Customer Care team. Authorized returns and exchanges must be sent to FreedomCase within 14 days after FreedomCase Customer Care has authorized the request. The original sales invoice must be included in the return package.

FreedomCase is not responsible for missing packages; shipping your product via a traceable method is recommended. Products that have been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Refunds are issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping charges for the original order. For international orders, refunds do not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. Returns are processed within 2-4 weeks of receipt of your returned product.
